General

We are an international exporter of live houseplants from Indonesia. All plants are shipped legally with the necessary documentation as required by plant quarantine and customs authorities.

Phytosanitary Certificate

All international shipments include a phytosanitary certificate issued by our national agricultural authority to certify that plants are pest- and disease-free. The cost of this certificate is included in the shipping or handling fee unless stated otherwise.

Import Permits

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they comply with their country’s import regulations. Some countries require an import permit, and failure to provide one may result in customs rejection. We are not responsible for shipments rejected or destroyed due to missing permits or restricted plant species.

Packaging & Media

All plants are shipped bare-root (no soil), with roots wrapped in moist sphagnum moss, tissue or cocopeat, in compliance with international shipping laws. We use secure, ventilated, and insulated packaging to protect plants in transit 

Shipping and Delivery

We ship via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on customs clearance. Tracking information will be provided after dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs.
We can ship to US, Asia, Europe, UK and many more.

Customs and Duties

You maybe subject an import taxes. This is buyer’s responsibility because they make this import process. Please pay the tax immediately to avoid the package stuck in customs and keep the plant alive.

Live Arrival Guarantee

  • We don’t accept complaint for discounted plant, such as 50% discount, apply coupon code, and others. DOA, missing, hold, destroyed, or returned by customs isn’t our responsible.

  • We guarantee for normal price plant. We offer replacement for heavy damage plant or dead plant. We don’t guarantee for minor damage like yellow leaves or dead leaves, it’s normal for overseas shipment. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please make unboxing video to claim if there is a complaint or problem with your package. Claim without unboxing video and some photos isn’t accepted.

  • If a package is lost by the courier, we will file a claim. If the loss is confirmed, a refund or replacement will be offered at our discretion.

  • Due to the perishable nature of plants, we do not accept returns. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your order.

Risk of Imports

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to accept the risk of import, including possible confiscation or destruction by customs due to laws beyond our control.

We are not liable for any failure or delay due to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or shipping disruptions outside our control.
