Where is the plant shipped from?

The plants are shipped from Blitar, Indonesia

What kind of courier do you use?

We use trusted express couriers, DHL Express.

How long does shipping take?

International shipping usually takes 2–7 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.

Are there any taxes or import duties I need to pay?

Yes, import taxes or duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the buyer.

Is an import permit required?

Some countries do require an import permit. Please check your local regulations or contact us for help.

What kind of planting media do you use?

We ship plants bare-rooted (without soil), usually wrapped in moist sphagnum moss, cocopeat, or tissue to keep roots hydrated and meet international regulations.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. If the plant arrives severely damaged or dead on arrival (DOA), please contact us within 24 hours with photos. We may offer a refund or replacement based on the situation. For detail explanation, please check Term of Service.

How can I get the tracking number?

Once the order is shipped, we will send the tracking number via email or message along with courier details.

How do I track the package?

You can track your shipment using the courier’s website by entering your tracking number.

What documents are included in the shipment?

Each shipment includes: Receipt paper, Phytosanitary Certificate, Commercial Invoice, Import Permit 

What happens if the package is lost?

If the package is lost during shipping and confirmed by the courier, we will work with them to resolve the issue, and may offer a refund or replacement depending on the case.

What happens if the package is held or rejected by customs?

If held due to missing or incorrect documents on our side, we will take responsibility. However, if it is due to missing buyer documents (e.g., import permit) or import restrictions, the buyer is responsible.

How do you protect the plant from extreme weather during shipping?

We use insulated packing materials, and depending on the season, we may add heat packs or cold packs to protect the plant during transit.
