Export rhythm
Every shipment moves through a clear preparation flow, with plant health, documents, packing, and tracking handled before dispatch.
We confirm availability, plant condition, destination rules, buyer details, and preferred shipment timing.
We review import permits where needed, export permit requirements, phytosanitary certificate timing, invoice, and packing list.
Healthy, pest-free plants are selected, cleaned, treated when needed, and prepared bare-root or in approved inert media.
Roots are wrapped with moist sphagnum, tissue, or cocopeat, then secured in ventilated boxes with documents included.
Shipments usually go out early in the week with tracking, using DHL Express for fast international plant delivery.
Buyers inspect and photograph plants on arrival. We share acclimation guidance and handle eligible guarantee claims.
Before we ship
Live plants are sensitive cargo. These terms help buyers understand permits, packing, customs, and guarantee expectations upfront.
International shipments include phytosanitary documentation from the agricultural authority to certify the plants are inspected for export.
Some countries require an import permit. Buyers should confirm local rules before shipment to avoid customs rejection or delays.
Plants are shipped without soil, usually wrapped with moist sphagnum moss, tissue, or cocopeat to comply with international rules.
Import duties, customs taxes, and clearance charges are the buyer's responsibility and should be paid quickly to protect live plants.
Normal-price plants may qualify for replacement or refund support for severe damage or DOA when reported within 24 hours with unboxing video and photos.
Because plants are perishable, returns are not accepted. Minor shipping stress such as yellow or dropped leaves can happen with overseas transit.
