This Privacy Policy explains how Chiponursery, operated by CV Sekar Wana Jaya ("we", "us"), handles information when you use this website and contact us about tropical plant supply.

Information we collect
- Inquiry details you submit. When you use an inquiry, contract, or cart form, the details (plant request, quantity, destination, buyer type, notes) are placed into a pre-filled WhatsApp message that you choose to send to us. We only receive what you actually send.
- Cart data. Items you add to your cart are stored locally in your browser (localStorage) on your own device. This never leaves your device unless you choose to send it to us via WhatsApp.
- We do not run accounts, logins, or server-side tracking on this site.
Cookies and embedded content
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The only third-party embed is an optional Google Maps location map in the footer, which loads only after you click "Load map" or accept cookies. Once loaded, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. Your consent choice is remembered in your browser's local storage.
How we use your information
We use the details you send solely to respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, arrange export documentation, and coordinate shipping. We do not sell your information.

- WhatsApp (Meta) — used to receive and reply to your messages.
- Google Maps — optional embedded map, loaded only with consent.
- DHL Express — used to ship and provide tracking for orders you place.
- PayPal / Wise — used to invoice and receive payment when you order.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data you have sent us by emailing chiponursery@gmail.com. If you are in the EU/UK, you have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR, including the right to object and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Data retention
We keep inquiry and order correspondence only as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted.
